I wrote the contents of the article in my scholarship application, however they missed a key point. Where it says "No instruction or assistance," I must give credit to all the programmers that came before me who set the standard for developing at the Space Center. I was specifically taught by Matt Long and Scott Slaugh both Hypercard and Photoshop, and in the application I acknowledged their contributions. I was saying that I created the programming department without training or formal instruction, since I'm the first Guild Master for an organized team of programmers. Both Matt, Scott, and all the programmers we've had through the years deserve much of the credit for where we are today.
