New Photos from the UCS Apollo Simulator at Lakeview Academy at Saratoga Springs.
Wow, Lakeview Academy has built two new impressive, state of the art, outlandishly cool starship simulators; The Apollo and The Artemis. Discovery Space Center's Facebook page has one of those 360 degree photos you can use to explore the Apollo. But realizing some of you haven't the time or patience to click through, I've posted screenshots from the panoramic photo for you to enjoy. There will be some distortion because of the nature of the photo.

Take advantage of the Discovery Space Center's giveaway drawing. Go to their Facebook page and like that post referenced above. Maybe I'll see you on the UCS Apollo!
I'm hoping my name will be drawn for sure - HINT Casey and Skyler.
Perhaps a specially priced mission can be arranged for you loyal Troubadour readers. I'll see what I can work out.

Discovery Space Center's New Logo
Just when I thought there could be nothing more exciting than a giveaway contest, Discovery Space Center unveils a new logo. It's a simplified version of the original. Truth be told, I like it better. In fact, I like it a lot. This logo gets a double thumbs up from Mr. W.
Dustin Robison was an enthusiastic volunteer and staff member from several years back. Story telling was and is in his blood. I'm happy to report that Dustin has achieved his dream. He's making films. A couple months back, Dustin and his colleagues released the first episode of his new sci-fi series called "Shadows". Use this link to read more about the sci-fi series and watch the episode.
Recently, the second episode of "Shadows" was released. You can watch it right here on The Troubadour. Enjoy and spread the word.
